Introduction

Now there are 10 members in the top management with average age 42, of which 6 achieved master degree, 4 achieved bachelor degree. Middle management members are about 300 with average age 38, of which 280 have bachelor degree. Our management sticks to the principle of "Four Great Creeds", which was initiated by Mr. Fan Xudong, the pioneer of the factory in 1934, is a motto that was made and observed by all the entrepreneurs of this plant, and is the earliest enterprise spirit:

Our management was awarded the honor of "Excellent Management Team" many times by Tianjin municipal government and also gets the full respect from the company staff.
